3. Lawful basis for processing

Processing is necessary to fulfill your request for information or assistance (Article 6(1)(f) – legitimate interests). In addition, you give explicit consent by ticking the "I agree" box before submitting the form (Article 6(1)(a)).

4. Who we share your data with

• hCaptcha – Verifies that form submissions are made by humans. No personal data is permanently stored by hCaptcha.
• File Upload Handling – If you upload photos, they are temporarily stored on our server (hosted by [Your Hosting Provider]) solely for the purpose of processing your inquiry. Files are automatically deleted after your request is fulfilled.

5. How long we keep your data

The email containing your inquiry is kept in our mailbox for as long as we deem necessary to respond (typically 30 days). After that, the message is deleted. Uploaded photos (if provided) are stored temporarily on our server for no longer than 7 days and are deleted immediately after your inquiry is processed.

• Files are stored temporarily in a secure, non-web-accessible directory with restricted access.
• We do not share uploaded files with any third parties.
• Files are automatically deleted immediately after your inquiry is processed (typically within minutes).
• You retain all copyrights to any photos you upload. By submitting photos, you grant us a temporary license to view them solely for the purpose of evaluating your project.
• Filenames are sanitized to remove any potentially harmful characters.
